Inside a 24-hour documentary pipeline

How we turn a breaking event into a fact-checked documentary in three languages within a day.

1. Monitoring

Scheduled scans of weather services, news wires and video platforms flag events as they happen.

2. Research and script

Official sources come first. The script is drafted and then checked automatically for wrong dates, figures and names before anything is voiced.

3. Voice

Narration is generated per language and aligned word by word, which drives cuts, captions and on-screen labels.

4. Edit and quality gates

Footage is assembled and rendered, then scanned for faces, on-screen text, music rights and audio sync. Problems are fixed locally instead of re-rendering everything.

5. Publish

Titles, descriptions, thumbnails and schedules are prepared for each language channel. The same pipeline produces client videos, just without the breaking-news clock.
